Sleep Sleeve was designed for the demographic of people who live in noisy areas, including but not limited to large cities, college towns, and with roommates. The goal was to add an element not considered by competitors such as Apple and WHOOP: nuisance noise tracking. Backed by available medical research, tracking any abnormal noises during sleep allowed recommendations to be provided for improvement. The device comprised a wireless Arduino circuit board, an audio tracker, a 3D-printed holder on the arm, and the Arduino IDE application for IOS.
